    I’m no lawyer (and no supporter of illegal file sharing), but shouldn’t the notice state what the infringement is? It names the artist, the ISP and a bunch of other things, but doesn’t explicitly state what the alleged offender is alleged to have actually done. The paragraph after “What next?” suggests what the alleged infringement is, but it ain’t explicit. Isn’t that off?
